iPod 2 Year Warranty question.

So, I have a 3rd Generation iPod Nano, and long story short, it's bent.
It barely fits into my docking station, and only plays the right speaker of the music.

And it also barely fits into the cord to update and charge my iPod.

Does the Best Buy 2 Year Product Replacement Plan cover this?

Re: iPod 2 Year Warranty question.

I highly doubt it will be. I purchased a 3rd gen ipod nano last May, and recently I accidentally dropped it outside while on a morning run and it suffered a great deal of water damage. I took it into the store hoping to get it replaced, however,  I was just given a white pamphlet which stated all the things not covered under the warranty (which I was not given at the time I purchased the ipod and warranty). After reading about a page and a half of what wasn't covered I realized that just about everything that could possibly happen to it other then a manufacturer error wasn't covered. 200 bucks down the drain! Hopefully your local best buy isn't as worthless as mine but the only thing you can do is go in and ask. Best of luck to you.

Re: iPod 2 Year Warranty question.

O.O Your situation was b.s.

Before this one, my iPod went through the wash. And I flat out told them that.

POOF! New iPod.

And yet before that, half my songs didn't show up and the buttons didn't work well from over use.
They wouldn't fix it. And then I told them my battery life sucks.

New iPod on the spot.

I really don't understand them...

And I have an email saying they'll fix my iPod.

So, I get to find out if they live up to their word...
