Hello. I'm looking for the following:
Thank you.

It is going to be a search to find a wireless headset that does not use blue tooth.
You may need to look to the Gaming Headsets for non blue tooth.
I have a Razer Nari. It uses a USB dongle that I plug into a usb port. I get connection up to 12 meters. It uses RF (radio frequency) to connect.
Is it a matter of blue tooth does not work or that you have to have it disabled?
Some of those that come with a dongle, it is actaully a blue tooth dongle.
Unfortunatly the web site does not have a filter for they type of connection i.e. Blue tooth or RF
Here are some examples

I tried the headset that come with the dongle that plug into the USB port and they DO NOT work either. I'm pretty sure it needs to be an external unit that connects to the PC via the audio port.

It may be a computer issue if the dongle did not work.
Your USB port could be disabled or not functioning
have you tried updating the audio drivers?
are you able to get sound using wired headphone

The dongle still utilizes the Bluetooth on the PC. USB port works fine. Yes, wired works fine.

Hey, hozz1235!
Thanks for reaching out to us about your headset needs. This page for headsets might be helpful for you! If you're looking at this on a computer, you can select the features you need on the left hand side under the "Features" box. So you can select "Plug-In," "Noise Cancelling," etc. and the site should show you options that fall under those categories.
Let me know if you need any help!
Best,

Hey, OliviaKind22,
It sounds like you may be referring to a Bluetooth Audio Transmitter! I haven't used one of these myself, but it looks like it connects to the audio port and not a USB port like you mentioned. I hope this helps!
