My bluetooth headphones won't turnoff (Model No. : Helo Kuki HKB-110)

My bluetooth headphones (Model No. : Helo Kuki HKB-110) won't turnoff it was working great than it stop suddenly and won't to turnoff  and after batterry discharge angain i put for recharge for one hour and removied.  After that now bluetooth is showing red again ....please help me out from this  how to reset or any idea is there with you to work my bluetooth  please help me
