Most electronics that we carry come with a one-year manufacturer’s warranty, so if you’re still within this timeframe you can either contact the manufacturer for repair options or bring your unit to one of our store locations for assistance.
We also offer Best Buy® Product Replacement Plans (PRPs) for this type of product. PRPs guarantee that if the product malfunctions within two years (under the terms and conditions of the plan), you will receive a store credit for the original purchase price plus tax to be used in any of our Best Buy® store locations.
