I bought a ipod nano 4th gen on oct 29 and i just started to have problems with it. It started when my battery kepted dying really fast, but i changed the dim settings and it wasnt dying as fast. Then today I was driving and I had my ipod hooked up to my car radio and the song that was playing kept pausing every 5 to 10 sec. I got tired of it and turned it off. I talked to this guy at the best buy I bought it from and he said if i bought the warranty with it (which I did) then I can get it replaced. My question is instead of getting a replacement 4th gen nano could I get the itouch and pay the difference? I read somewhere they credit your account for how much you paid for it and then you can buy another one, is that true? Thanks
