I know it takes mpeg4 formats, but i've already tried converting and adding them but they still don't go on. It keeps saying they're not compatible but my mp3 player says that's the format it takes. What do I need to do?

Hello vonage,

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble loading videos onto your mp3 player.  I know that I get frustrated when things don’t do what I want them to do, especially when they were designed to do it!

In researching your question, I downloaded the user manual for your player from Samsung’s website.  It states that you should be using Samsung’s Media Studio program for file management.  This should have come as an installation disk with your new product.  The manual says that, using this program, your video files will automatically be converted to .svi format before being loaded onto your player.  If your movie file isn’t in this format, it won’t play on your player.

If you’re already doing this and still having problems loading your video files, you may wish to call the manufacturer for additional assistance.
