Downloading music, videos, etc. From itunes to sansa fuze

IM wondering if you can download music From itunes to mp3 players. I cant seem to do it. PLEASE HELP!

iTunes only downloads to iPods specifically. You either need

A. Windows Media Player

B. Another Sync program

To make it sync songs.
