I am trying to find out what i need to have in order to download my cassettes to my computor to download to my ipod touch. I have over 400 cassettes and instead of purchasing the songs through itunes i want to transfer them to my computore to download. Please let me know what i need to do.
I have actually done this. All you need is a cassette player and an RCA to stereo minijack. Plug the cassette player into your computer's mic input (or line in if you have one) and find a program to record to a wav or mp3 file. I believe I used Nero Soundtrax, which isn't free.
