I’ve been waiting for the Bang & Olufsen PLAY H9i to be available to purchase at stores, but only see them in several places like online retailers so far. When will we start seeing them available from store retailers such as Best Buy and in stores so I can try them out before purchasing for $499.99? Only see the H9 available so far and it’s been a couple months after release.

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us about the B & O PLAY H9i headphones. I know if I was going to spend that much money on a pair of headphones I'd definitely like to hear before I took the plunge. I'd be happy to look in to this to see if I can get some more information about the availability of these headphones. 

At this time it looks like we haven't received much inventory of these headphones as we are currently sold out both online and in-store. We don't have an estimate on when we'll begin to receive more of these headphones but please know we working as quickly as we can to get this in our inventory. Once more of these headphones are available it's likely we'll receive units to check them out before you purchase them.

Thank you Andrew! I could tell there is a limited supply right now because of how quick the headphones sold and that there isn’t the Black option yet. If there’s anymore information you could provide or find out that would be great.

Thank you for your response. I've been doing some research in to these headphones to see if I can provide any more information about their availability. At this time I have not been able to find any information about when we will receive more of these headphones or any additional colors.

Is there any updates regarding when we can expect to see the black version of the BeoPlay H9i instead of the natural go on sale on Best Buy, I am tempted to get a pair but I don’t want to have a pair of white and beige headphones and don’t know why the black color choice isn’t available.

Welcome back to our Forum. I can definitely understand how exciting to get a new pair of headphones but I know I'd want to make sure I got the exact color I wanted. I'd be happy to take another look in to these headphones to see if we've gotten any updates about these headphones. 

After doing some research I haven't been able to find any new information about when we will receive these headphones in black available for sale. I'd recommend continuing to check on BestBuy.com to see when these headphones become available. As soon as we get these in out inventory we'll get them on our website as quickly as we can!
