still waiting on my reward certificates to be returned to me

I made a purchase last sunday on best buy.  The next day, my item went on sale.  i called to price match.  Was told the rewards would be returned to my acocunt witin 24 hours.  I have called 4 times and still never recieved the certifcates.  This is after being on hold over an hour each time.  I was assured on thursday that I would defeinitely be getting them withing 24 hours and 3 days later i still dont have it.

Thanks for posting on our forum for support. I know I also love to get the best deal on products, so I can understand wanting to take advantage of our Price Match Guarantee. I hate to hear you may be seeing issues with a refund following this, and I'm hoping I can assist.

 

Were you told you'd receive a credit for a price match in the form of reward certificates?

Yes. I paid using reward certificates. I was told those points would be returned within 24 hours. It’s been a week. I was on the phone with customer service for 2 hours today and was transferred to different departments, sitting on hold and hung up on.
