I tried to log in on three different computer through chrome, all three showed: 

 

sorry, something went wrong. please try again.

 

but I can log in via my phone or firefox.

 

Anyone knows how to fix this problem?

Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear that you're having a difficult time logging into your account on your computer, I can imagine that is frustrating! I'm glad that you reached out so that we can help.

 

To get started, please check out this article and troubleshooting steps regarding issues with logging into your account.  More specifically, please try the following: 

 

 

  • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies
  • Ensure you are on a private, non-VPN network, and that any ad-blockers are turned off
  • Log out of your account on all devices 
  • Double check that you are using the English version of whichever browser you are using
  • Disable ad blockers
  • Try logging in again 

If after you've done these steps, you are still unable to log in on Chrome on your computer, please send us a private message with your full name, email, and phone number and I can take a closer look into this!

Can't receive the verification code via phone

Hello, 

 

I tried to keep signing in as the website popped up, but after no matter how long I've waitted, I did receive any 

verification code

 

Any help please?

Sorry to hear that you're still having issues getting into your account! Have you checked to make sure the verification code is not going to your Spam/Junk/Promotional folders within your email inbox? It may be helpful to add "bestbuyinfo@emailinfo.bestbuy.com," to your inbox's safe sender list, as well. in addition to the troubleshooting steps above.
