Finding you’ve had a My Best Buy reward certificate expire would be most frustrating, especially so shortly after it expired when you're attempting to make a purchase. Our My Best Buy Terms advise certificates typically expire after 60 days. Once expired, we’re generally unable to reissue them. We do our best to make our customers aware a certificate has been issued, as we send out email notifications that include the expiration date. As emails may be filtered, overlooked, or even blocked though, we recommend members manage their rewards from BestBuy.com, where certificates can be viewed as well. I'm sorry to hear you feel this way. I can certainly help with cancelling your My Best Buy membership, but any Best Buy Credit Cards issued to you by Citibank would need to be cancelled through them at (888) 574-1301.
