So long story short.
I had 5000 reward certificate issued for $100 dollars. (this was used on an order the BB couldn't deliver in time so I canceled) got these points back in my total and I reissued.
I chatted and 0 help. I called wasted 30 mins and he went on an on about how i used points yesterday and kept talking about my other reward certificates used. I was like dude i issued this today can you explain where it went?
He was like there was a return that went through of 2489 points. I was like alright makes sense where are my other 2511 points. He basically gave me the run around, oh you used another certificate yesterday. I was like what does that have to do with this. That was a different certifcate.
I should have minimum 2511 added back to my total. He said don't hang up I will be right back, heard two tones and he pushed me to a random department and then call disconnected lol..
I feel like customer service has been total disaster especially being a total tech member. They want to praise you the whole time but they don't care about solving your issue.
The whole thing is i have had points deducted from my pending points but I have never had a certificate just disappear. What is going on here? The worst thing is everyone just giving you the run around. For how much money I have spent at BB In last year its a disaster. I don't want special treatment just some help in resolving the issue.
