Bought 2 items at Christmas and now when I tried to add my purchase to rewards today using -missing points- it tells me my purchase cannot be found. Is there a time limit on adding purchases?

Thank you for being a My Best Buy member! It's great to hear you shopped with us this past holiday season. While it's ideal to add your membership at the time of purchase, life happens and your membership doesn't always make it onto the receipt or you check out as a guest on BestBuy.com. In those cases, we do have our Report Missing Points tool to make sure you don't lose out!
You should have about six months to report purchases though, so it's peculiar you're running into trouble. I would be delighted to review this to see if I can identify the issue. Please keep an eye on your inbox in the top right corner of the page for my message.
