I understand that each and every point counts when trying to earn that next certificate, and the best way to ensure your eligible purchases are awarded points is by making sure they are attached to your rewards account. As you've discovered, we have a tool online that allows members to report purchases not already attached to a rewards account as "missing." You should be able to report a purchase as long as it hasn't been more than 180 days, it isn't already attached to a rewards account, and you were enrolled in the rewards program when the purchase was processed. If a purchase is displayed in your rewards history but with zero points, then it isn't missing and can't be reported.
