"It looks like you're not eligible for this offer"

You can throw my hat into the ring for people having trouble activating the regular member offers for the My Best Buy credit card.


Oddly enough, if I'm NOT logged in, it shows it's activated with the correct member ID, but once I log in, it says I'm not eligible. It's been happening since the summer.


I noticed, it's sending to my email address in all caps, which I never typed anywhere like that. I tried changing my account email and there weren't any others associated with it.


If there's something I can do to fix this, I'd appreciate it.

Thanks for taking the time to reach out about this and bring it to our attention. That's certainly a weird issue that I'd love to hear more about. I try and use most of the Best Buy card offers as well, so that would definitely frustrate me.
