name change on my acct.

So crazy how i am an employee and cant change my name on my rewards acct.  Here is legal documentation based off my name change and my member id Member ID: {removed per forum guidelines}.  Can someone help please???

Welcome to our forums!  It’s important to make sure your information is completely accurate on your My Best Buy™ account, and I’m glad you’ve joined our Support Forums to request our assistance.


While you’ll be able to update a few pieces of your information associated with your account, updating your name on your My Best Buy™ account is not an option you’ll be able to do on your own.  With that said, there are instances where we’ll be able to update this information for you, as outlined in our How do I update my My Best Buy™ information? floated post.
