keeping my existing account - 2FA backup codes

Hello, I have been banging my head on how to get my existing account back after i had to redo my smart phone and reload the Google authenticator app, also i do not have backup codes after i setup the 2FA on my account. i really do not want to create a new account i have been using this account for years.  please help.
