I have made a few purchases in store and when i go to check my online history and rewards they do not show up despite confirming my inforamtion in store. is there any way i can get help with joining possible multiple accounts with best buy. I've purcahse macbooks and xboxs and nothing shows.

If you did confirm your account details in-store via the credit card kiosk, then it would leave me to believe the purchases are attached to a rewards account. You could very well have more than one rewards account if you're not seeing those purchases in your history online when logged into your rewards account. A merge is a great option when a member happens to have more than one rewards account, as it's just easier to have everything in one place. Any active points, certificates, tier status, and spend total in a secondary rewards account should transfer over to the primary following the merge.
