Welcome back to the forums. I've definitely forgotten to add my My Best Buy account to a purchase or two in my time, and trying to track it down later is never fun. Luckily, we've made it easy to get missed purchases added  to your account.

 

Please check out this thread for a run down of how to do it. If that doesn't work for you, please let me know. I'll see if I can get the missed purchase added on our end.

I did, and it was shown wait 15-20 days.
May I ask you 1 more question, how I can check my laptop had trend micro security already or not yet? I saw that is a gift with my laptop. But I don't know how to check

I'm happy to hear that you were able to get that reported. It should show on your account just as the page told you.

 

As for Trend Micro, you may have been given a box for it, or have had the code emailed to you. Unless you had the computer set up by Geek Squad, it would not yet be installed.

 

Do you have the key for that subscription, either through email or in the box? If not, please send me a private message with your name, email address, phone number, and the customer service PIN from the bottom of your receipt. I can try to look the code up for you.
