Hey there, bw11,
Welcome to our forums! If your mom is anything like my mom, she’d probably be happy to hear you’re trying to save some money on your purchase for her, and I imagine $80 in reward certificates would certainly help you do just that. You’ve certainly come to the right place for help, and I’ll be happy to explain the steps you can take to make sure you’re not missing out on any reward certificates in the future!
Just so you’re aware, your My Best Buy™ reward certificates will typically expire 60 days after they’ve been issued, unless otherwise noted. The expiration date of each certificate can be found either on the certificate itself, or in the email confirming the certificate has been issued. Once expired, we’ll generally be unable to reissue your certificate.
With that said, I would like to look into your account further, to make sure your email address is completely accurate so this sort of thing hopefully won’t happen again, as well as offer any additional assistance I can. For me to review your account, I’ll ask that you send me a private message with the following:

Looking forward to hearing from you,
