I had a certificate that I was planning on using toward the purchase of a new TV expire.Due to not being able to access the store to see the picture of the unit we were interested in, because of the corona virus Is Best buy planning on exstending or replacing any certs that recently expied

Thank you for being a My Best Buy member! Finding you’ve had a My Best Buy reward certificate expire would be most frustrating, especially if you had an idea of what you were going to redeem it on. I know if I let one slip by me, I feel like it’s quite the missed opportunity.
Under the My Best Buy Terms, certificates typically have 60 days to be redeemed, unless otherwise noted. Once expired, we’re generally unable to reissue them. We do our best to make our customers aware a certificate has been issued, as we send out email notifications that include the expiration date. As emails may be filtered, overlooked, or even blocked though, we recommend members manage their rewards from BestBuy.com, where certificates can be viewed as well. As reward certificates may be redeemed online or in store, at this time we are not extending the redemption period for certificates. I understand though that you were holding off to see the TV in person.
