e-store credit was not honored by Best Buy

I was provided e-store credit on a smart TV that was in repairable purchased in Best Buy. Best Buy sent me an e-credit with an recognizable PIN. Each time I call customer service, I am transferred to several different departments without resolution. This is not good business practice. I plan to post on social media regarding such practice.

Can you please clarify how you are trying to make this purchase? When making a purchase online or in our store locations, these store credits are essentially processed like gift cards. What sort of problems are you encountering? Any additional information would be much appreciated so I can see what options we have to assist you.

I cannot use the PIN that was assigned on my e-store credit receipt.

The PIN provided on my e-store receipt will not process in the system.
