I want to delete my Best Buy account so I can create a new account with the same email address to include items I ordered as a guest. I have asked tech support to link my recent guest order with my existing account. Twice with online chat they have assured they would do that. Also two times on the phone they have assured me they have done that. But the linkage has not happened after several days. No recent orders show up in my existing account, so I will not be losing anything. Thank you for your help.

I understand you wish to delete your account, just to recreate it to attach these recent purchases. This should be able to be done with your existing account, though I understand you've had some difficulties with this thus far. With that said, you would likely run into issues with a new account, as typically purchases made prior to the account's creation cannot be added.
