cannot receive verification text or email for last year

I am not able to log in to purcahse items because I cant recieve my verification email or text. Please can someone help me? Ive tried clearing browser cache cookies etc and trying different browsers and I think this is something that can only be fixed on the back end

Are you using a VPN to connect to BestBuy.com? If so, try disconnecting from it before logging in again. You may also want to try logging in from a different device altogether or using the Best Buy mobile app.

While you can place orders on BestBuy.com without logging in by checking out as a guest, those orders would then not be attached to your rewards account.  There is an option on BestBuy.com that allows members to report purchases that are not attached to their rewards account; however, why go through these extra steps when you could just login?  I probably login to my own rewards account every other day even when I don't have a purchase in mind.

 

The first thing we should do is make sure the information tied to your rewards account is up-to-date, and then make sure your rewards account is only linked to on BestBuy.com account.  Before you try logging in again, you should add BestBuyInfo@emailinfo.bestbuy.com.  Also, make sure to allow 15 minutes for the verification code to be delivered and double check any spam or junk folders your email account may have.  If for some reason nothing seems to be working, then we may need to try an alternative email address.

 

With that having been said, I will need to gather some additional information from you before we can move forward.  Please send me a private message with the information listed below, and I will see what I can do to help you get logged in.  A private message can be sent by first logging into the forum and then clicking on the blue button in my signature that just so happens to be labeled "Private Message."
