can’t reset password

After I entered information to reset password, I never received the verification code email. It’s our business account, so I can’t just open a new account. Been on the phone with my Bestbuy for an hour. No solution. My Best Buy rep told me he can’t change our email either. We have not received promo emails either. Talked to our email provider, they checked the log, there’s no missing email from Bestbuy. So Best Buy can’t fix its own site problems?
