can not see my purchase history

i can not see my purchase history before i changed my email address. beacuse I changed the email address that the reson why I can't see the history?

Welcome, and thank you for being a My Best Buy member! Updating your email address can definitely help prevent you from missing any important emails or notices of sales. Updating your email address alone shouldn't impact your purchase history though, so it's quite odd you're having such difficulties. I suspect you may have instead created a new account with a new My Best Buy membership, rather than simply updating your email address.
