Hi I received my email for my birthday coupon and when i follow the link in order to redeem it comes up with an error codes that says "It looks like your not eligible for this offer".... my birthday was just the other day and the offer says good from January 1-31 2019. I don't understand why i cant use this offer?

First and foremost, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! I hope that you are able to celebrate with friends and family. As far as the coupon, its sounds to me like you might have more than one rewards account. The coupon is tied to a specific rewards account that may not be properly linked to your BestBuy.com account so that you can redeem it. A merge would easily fix that though, which shouldn't be a problem if both rewards accounts share the same information.
