I can not see my points progress on my member ID account because I believe the representative mispelled my email when I applied for the best buy credit card. I cant access any of my points until I verify my account through my email, but I do not receive the email with the verification code. I checked the spam folder, nothing. It has been a frustrating experience because I could not find any way to change the email on my member ID. I found that I could change the address on my account, but the site continues to email the verification code to the incorrect email. I would appreciate assistance so that I can get access to my points i earned with the credit card up until this point.
