Working with Best Buy support to resolve "merge" defects

I have been working with Jennifer, who has been communicating with me from the {removed per forum guidelines} email address.  While she sends me messages and asks for a response, it seems that there are problems with the delivery of my messages.  She has not confirmed that she has been receiving my messages.

 

Is there a problem with that email address?  Are you able to inform her that I have been sending her messages to which she has not responded?  The reference number is {removed per forum guidelines}.
