I recently purchased the new iPad Air at my local Best Buy. I have been waiting to use the Reward Certificates generated from that purchase to buy a new case for the tablet. I checked my Points Balance and found that I was awarded 272 points and the 272 points were removed for "Apple Point Exclusion." What the heck is that--I never saw anthing saying there would be no Reward Points for this purchsae. I purposfully purchased from Best Buy to earn the points. If I knew there were no points, I would have purchased directly from Apple who was offering "free engraving" with a purchase. I would like my rewards points or be able to return the product (it is currently outside the return window). Please advise. Thank you for your consideration.

Welcome to our community! I love saving up my own My Best Buy points as well, so I can certainly understand wanting to check on why you may not have received points on your recent purchase. I hope to be able to shed light on this! As outlined within our My Best Buy Terms, Apple and Beats products and Apple services not purchased on standard credit with the Best Buy Credit Card are excluded from receiving points.
