I have an email for 10% off a purchase, but when I click the link I get, "It looks like you're not eligible for this offer". How can I get this resolved?

Thanks for reaching out about your My Best Buy offer. I can understand saving any amount that you can on a purchase, can really help, and not being able to get that coupon activated certainly does make it difficult.
