I used $1200($100x12) reward certificates to place 2 items in 2 orders on 2/12/2021, but the store only has 1 item in stocks, so i cancelled both orders and got the refund back to my reward account on the same day.
Since then, i can't issue any certificate. Keep getting "We're sorry, we're unable to issue a reward certificate".
Please help me get this issue resovled ASAP, i am waiting to use the reward certification to place some new orders eagerly.
Bestbuy needs to improve their reward system for better cusomter experience, this has caused huge inconvinience to their customer.
As of 2/16/2021 4PM EST, still can't issue certificate.

Generally, if an order has been cancelled it can take up to three days for these certificates to become available again. In some cases, if a large amount of certificates are issued at the same time your account may need to be reviewed to help ensure that your account is secure.
