We're sorry, we're unable to issue a reward certificate.

I'm unable to create reward certficiates.  I do not want to provide additional information because my account has been hacked for the SECOND TIME and I'm fairly certain it's due to these forums.

 

How did it get hacked, you didn't ask?  Well, someone called your customer service, provided my name and phone number (after I sent a message 1 day before on these forums) and were able to change the main email, phone number, and password.  Either my forum account was hacked, someone hacked these forums, or there is an internal issue.  Either way, I can't redeem rewards.
