Good evening, naxyyh, and welcome to the Best Buy forum,
I removed the picture you included, as it displayed your rewards account ID number. Being able to login and monitor your own history is a major aspect of the rewards program. I probably login to my own rewards account every other day. Are you still having trouble viewing your rewards history when logged into BestBuy.com? If so, then I'd suggest logging out, clearing your cache and cookies, closing the browser, opening a new browser, and logging back into your rewards account.
I'd also make sure you're logging in using Internet Explorer or Google Chrome, as some features may not work in other browsers, such as Firefox. Please feel free to send me a private message if you're still having trouble, by clicking on the blue button in my signature, and I'll take a closer look at your rewards account. Just make sure to include your name, phone number, and email address.
