This has been going on for literally years and I'm losing my mind.
I've reset my password and enabled two factor authentication.
They are using a different email from mine, but their appointments are showing up under my account.
I've been passed around between Best Buy and Geek Squad back and forth on the phone for hours, not trying that again.
For the love of god and all things good and green on this earth, how do I make them stop?!
Can you please just NUKE my account out of existence so neither of us can use it? I'm desperate.

I dont know who the heck "email@example.com" is, but it is not me. That email has no reason to be associated with my account.
Why are they able to schedule appointments under my account?
