On reviewing my rewards history, I noticed that I did not receive my monthly VISA Statement Summary rewards points for purchases made outside of Best Buy for the month of September.
I usually receive these points when the statement posts (around the 16th/17th of the month), and verified that I received my points on that same date going back as far as my history would show (2+years). I did not receive any points this September, even though I made a number of purchases on the card, not at Best Buy.
How can I check into these missing points and get them added to my account?

It's great to hear you have a My Best Buy Credit Card and have been able to take advantage of all the perks and rewards associated with using it on purchases. I can understand wanting to make sure your points from September have been processed. We would hate for you to miss out on these.
While it can generally take up to 20 days for points from an eligible purchase to officially post to a member's rewards account, it sounds like you're outside that window and still not seeing your points. I'd be happy to dig into this further.
