Verification code

Trying to make a purchase online that requires me to sign in. OK, I signed in.

I click complete my purchase. Then it asks for a verification code that can be sent via text or email. OK. Choose text.. Nothing is received.

No problem. Choose email. I get a verification code sent. I copy the code and apply it to the box and click submit.

The pop up requiring a verification code goes away. I once again, click complete my purchase.

The same pop up appears asking for a verification code. The later one no longer exists and is invalid.... Alright, sure. Email me another.

I receive the new code. Repeat this process an absurd amount of times to never get past the pop up requiring a code and unable to complete the purchase.

Welcome to our community forums and thank you for writing to us regarding your experience trying to make this purchase. We do our best to make shopping as quick and easy as possible so I'd certainly like to take a closer look into this to see how I can best assist you.

 

I do have a few questions on how you are visiting our website. Which internet browser are you using? Is it's default language set to English? Do you use a VPN or ad-blocker when visiting our website? If so, I would recommend disabling these as they sometimes cause problems.

 

If you haven't already done so, I would recommend clearing your browser's cache and cookies. Please let me know if you continue to encounter problems so I can explore what other options I have to help!
