Assistance is needed.

Upon creating my Best Buy account I accidentally entered my email address in wrong. I was not aware that I had created a Best Buy account sometime ago which my current email address I use daily was associated with. I contacted customer support on this Best Buy form to try and get my knee taken care of because I wanted to update my email address. But it wasn’t sending me the verification code. I finally received a call back today regarding my request after not having anyone reach out to me on the forum. They told me that because I had an existing account (Which again I forgot about) that they were just merge the accounts together and it would fix the problem. Well, now I am trying to purchase a game on the app and I want a digital copy. I noticed that it has my wrong email address set for digital delivery. I am now again trying to update my email address on the app after they told me it was fixed and it still won’t send me a verification code even though my preferred email is now set as my secondary email address on my account. I am very sick and tired of having to go back-and-forth With customer service. Upon looking in to see if I could delete the account with my actual email address so I can update it on my account that I use with the wrong email address I’ve learned that you can’t even delete your Best Buy account without calling. At this point I need someone to help me fix this because I am very very tired of having to repeat myself I am not someone to complain or be rude but I’m done it’s not that difficult I want it handled. I need someone who knows what they’re doing.

The only response I received from a Best Buy forums member was to read the forum I’m having trouble logging into your account which I had already done and was not working for me because I had two accounts and I knew it wouldn’t work but again I guess nobody knows what they’re doing or they’re trying to take the easy way out.

Account

I have tried multiple times to log in to my account online for various reasons but I am always asked to provide my email for a verification code.  I have entered my email over 10 times and the code has never been sent.  I have looked in my junk mail folder, confirmed my best buy account number, and looked through previous emails to verify that I do not have multiple emails for a singular account.  How can you fix this.

Unable to Log in to my Best Buy Accont

Hello,

 

I am unable to log in to my best buy account. It indicates that it has sent a verification code. No code has been received. I checked junk mail no code received. It has been over an hour. I tried on 2 different browsers and still no code has been received. How do I go about getting a verification code and updating my password.

I have to admit I have tried the same things. Nothing appears from BBY in my e-mail account. I've called BBY support to no avail. I've tried multiple devices and OS and browsers and have cleaned the cache out from all of them. Any support here would be greatly appreciated.

I can't sign in my best buy account with Google Chrome

Hi there

 

I have been trying to sign in my best buy account via Google Chrome, but i can't sign in.

I can't even reset password through Google Chrome.

Always "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again." pops up.

I cleared all cashes and history and even changed my password (through my phone).

I also did all steps for it with one of bestbuy customer service when I was talking with them via phone together.

However, she couldn't even do that.

I only can sign in with my cellphone or Safari.

How can I fix this issue?
