I am trying to redeem two best buy credit card certificates online. I keep getting to the account verification page and the website is not sending the verification email in order to redeem the certificates. I have checked my spam folder and any other possible locations and the email is not being sent.

Never get the email, not in spam folder or blocked. Changed email and still didn't get it. I recently did an online order and received those emails just fine so not sure what the issue is. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've been an existing Best Buy customer for years, but I normally make in-store purchases. I was in the process of setting up an online account to make a purchase. Upon tying the account to my Best Buy Member ID, it asks me to confirm by email, but I never receive the email.
I receive Best Buy's verification emails when I try to change my account email, which initially went to my spam folder, but I have since added BestBuyInfo@emailinfo.bestbuy.com to my contacts list. However, changing my online account email does not change the email connected to my Member ID, and I still do not receive the account verficiation email.

Any help in getting my account verified will be helpful. I have all other relevant information -- name, phone number, member ID, email address, etc.

I have this issue as well. I can't log in, but I get emails about being an elite member and when I buy at the store they can get my account and link the purchase. When I try to reset, it doesn't recognize my email address even though its the email address I get mybestbuy correspondance from.

Bestbuy, this functionality has not been working for at least 3 weeks. Please stop assuming that we have this email filtered out and that it is on our side. I get password change emails and marketing emails, but the 'complete your account' verification code never comes. This is on your side.
