Well my first suggestion would have been to use Chrome and clear your browser history and cookies.
For Chrome try adding it to trusted sites.
Type Internet Options in the search bar on your desktop
Click on the Trusted Sites tab and add the url for BB
Try installing the new Edge. I have not been a fan of the MS browsers but my new computer came with the new Edge and I am finding it to be good.
