I can use bestbuy app but when I login to the bestbuy.com it show Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again. And I try different way but it still don't work

I am having the issue of not getting my email verification code. I place orders on Best Buy and I get the order update emails but can not get the digital codes that are offered like the EGift Card I am supposed to get with the TV I purchased. It says my email needs to be verified and when I ask to resend the code I never get it.
Also I purchased another Tv last week and again I got all the purchase emails I never got the email for the 30 days of HBO max.
I have tried changing my email but even that email never gets the code to change said email.
I have done every thing suggested on the help page and nothing works.

I have had troubles logging my BestBuy account through Edge and Chrome for about a month. I keep getting this message "best buy sorry, something went wrong. please try again." I entered correct information and have cleared all the cache and called the BestBuy call reps about this. I am super frustrated with this. I want this to get done and over with.

I was trying to do my process to return a TV I bought yesterday, but I never received my verification code when I try to sign in because the email registered has a dot (.) at the end, can you 0please help me to solve this problem. I just want to return and buy a new one.

I can't login my BestBuy account. I tried to create new account with my email and Google account. Both failed. Kept getting check info message. Is something wrong on BestBuy server?
