I am having an issue logging into my account. It says it is sending a verification code but I never receive the email. This has been an ongoing problem and I really need to get into my account.

I have not been able to sign into my BestBuy Account. When I put my email and password in it says it is going to send me a verfication email, and the email never arrives. This has been very frustrating because I know I set up my account correctly online after I first did my account in store. I was just wondering what the problem was because I have been wanting to make a purchase and I cannot sign into my account.

My account is locked, when I sign in it takes me to the page to enter the verification code that was sent via email. I did not receive any verification code email. Tried to contact Bestbuy specialist via 1-888 number, he made me re-register, still no luck. He told me that the matter is being escalated and that I will be receiving an email, well I have not not been contacted by anyone.
Can anyone help. This is quite frustrating.

I have been trying to "Complete your accout" for over a week now. I also have had a "Specialist" helping me with the issue. They have been suggesting I check my spam now for over a week.
This issue started after they merged my account. I broke my phone and was unable to see my Google Authenticator App code. They said the only was to make a new one an then merge the accounts. That has worked, however when I try to see my purchases or protection plans it askes that I complete my account. This is where the problem starts, I have never been able to get the verification code. I have checked the new email and the old email.
I work in the I.T. field so asking me to check my spam constantly is feeling insulting and like they have no clue how to do anything. I have tried multiple browsers, turned off all VPNs and still nothing comes. Can anyone help with this issue or am I just screwed on this?

I'm unable to log in. I get asked for a verification code, but it was never sent. I've tried resending it and that doesn't work. It isn't in my Spam folder, it just isn't sent. I do get promotional emails from BestBuy, so I know I get emails from you.
I also can't reset my password. That also refuses to send emails?
I've sent messages and those haven't been addressed. What is the best way to fix this?
