Useless of Best Buy customer service

I’ve been trying to get my points getting applied to my account correctly since my credit card was stolen back in 09/2020. Yes over a year. Best Buy owes me so much money in certificates it’s not even funny. Been calling many times and each time no one knows how to do their job. This is the most ridiculous experience I’ve ever had. I was just promised an adjustment and nothing got posted.
