I was signed into the wrong account when my order was placed. Therefore my birthday credit and rewards did not apply. I had purchased the item online yesterday. Can someone please help me reorder the item in my correct account?

If this item already shipped out, you could not change the order you would have to return it and place an order on the correct account.

Thanks for taking the time to reach out! @hockeycanuckjc is right on with their answer. If you have something like a birthday promo/coupon that you want to use on an order it does need to be added during the purchase on the checkout screen. If you placed the order without the desired promotional offer or coupon added, it is likely that the best option will be to "return" the item to your local store and then "repurchase" with the coupon or promotional offer attached.
