I'm having the same issue. I've spent the past hour with three different representatives who could not assist me. I receive emails for various other reasons - mystery certificates, rewards and to register for this forum.
The last representative asked me to give my mobile number which I am unwilling to do or an alternative email. This is an oxymoron because neither are on listed my account.
I hoped to to purchase a new iPhone for my daughter for Christmas but now I will be forced to purchase through Apple. Not only did BB lose a sale but I would have used our BB cc as well.

Thank you, Kelly. I checked the settings in my email account and it appears there was one Best Buy email address in "blocked senders" category. Hopefully, this will rectify the issue.

Being able to login to your rewards account with relative ease is a vital aspect of the My Best Buy™ program. How else are you to know if any purchases or points are missing? Or if you have any active certificates that are ready to be redeemed? You can also keep track of your purchase history and any active Geek Squad Protection (GSP) plans. I probably login to my own rewards account every other day if I think about it.
There are a few things we can try if you are not receiving the verification code, including making sure your information is up-to-date and that your rewards account is only linked to one BestBuy.com. account. You may also want to try clearing your internet history and cookies. With you having unblocked one Best Buy email address, you may want to consider adding BestBuyInfo@emailinfo.bestbuy.com to your contact list.
Our next step would be to try an alternative email address if nothing seems to be working. Please allow at least 15 minutes for an email with a verification code to arrive.
