Trying to apply my reward ceriticates to purchase Elden Ring Windows Digital and I get the error "Sorry, but reward certificates can’t be used to buy gift cards or specialty items."

According to this page, reward certificates can be used to purchase digital downloads. I have talked to a totaltech agent and they were unable to resolve the case; they weren't sure if it was a website error and they were suppoed to call me back today.

I saw another user have the same issue  here.  I'm hoping someone can help me buy this game with my rewards.Thanks in advance!
