I recently made a purchase online but was not signed in to my account. As a result, my account didn't receive the rewards points. When I try to report the missing points, I receive a message stating "An unexpected error occurred." How can I report my missing points.

I like to ensure I get all of the points possible for the shopping I do, but sometimes don't want to deal with trying to remember what combination of email and password I used. Our Report Missing Points tool is perfect for such scenarios, as you can simply figure login info out later and add the points at that time.
With that said, there are some limitations to our Report Missing Points tool, including that the purchase has to have been within the last six months, and you may only add one missing purchase per calendar month.
