Have at least 4 different purchases that I did not receive any points for, some purchases were big too. It's been less than the 180 days. But trying to report them I get the "Unexpected error". I went through all the troubleshooting/wait and try again options I could think of and could use some help please.

Thank you for stopping by our community forums. I know whenever I make a purchase, I want to make sure I receive these points and can locate this in my purchase history. I appreciate you letting us know about this error and would be glad to see how I can best assist you with this.
While we do offer the ability to report missing points, this is limited to one transaction per calendar month. It's also that you have multiple My Best Buy accounts which is causing this error to appear. I'd like to review your My Best Buy account so I can determine the best way to help you moving forward.
