I received an email for a Best Buy cardmember exclusive "mystery offer". The email has a link to interactive image "scratch off". When I scratch to reveal, it says "10% off a single, regular priced item". It says coupon required, however there is no coupon code or promo code mentioned. I have searched the image text many times and have seen no code. Also, when I try to checkout online with items in my cart, it says no coupons or rewards available in my account. How do I redeem this mystery offer?

Generally, a coupon like this can be used after activating this offer via email and making a purchase with your My Best Buy credit card. Just to be sure, are you using this credit card for payment?
